Terms and Conditions for Lawn Care Services
By accessing and using our lawn care services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Our lawn care services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, edging and trimming, fertilization, weed control, pest control, aeration and dethatching, leaf and debris removal, and irrigation system maintenance and repair. Specific services and their frequencies will be outlined in your service agreement.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and customer preferences. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, and customers will be notified promptly.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept various forms of payment including credit card, check, and electronic transfer. Recurring services may be billed on a monthly basis, with invoices sent at the beginning of each month.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring access to the lawn area at the scheduled time, removing any obstacles or debris that could hinder the service, informing us of any specific lawn conditions or concerns, maintaining any pets or children away from the lawn area during service times, and ensuring proper irrigation to promote lawn health between visits.
Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not responsible for damage to property that is due to pre-existing conditions, hidden objects in the lawn, or adverse weather conditions. We are insured for liability; however, our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Any damages or losses caused by negligence on the part of our team will be addressed promptly and fairly.
Guarantee and Complaints
We guarantee our services and will address any concerns promptly. Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service being provided. If you are not satisfied with the service, we will make every effort to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in the case of non-payment or breach of terms. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
